Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join ACL on a part-time basis, whilst earning a nationally recognised 'Certificate III in Pathology Collection' qualification through All Health Training, while you work alongside experienced mentors!

Specific duties will include;

• Collection of blood and other samples from patients

• Attending to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimens

• Providing great customer service to your patients

• Attend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner

Skills and experience;

• An ongoing commitment to employment in Pathology

• Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone

• Exceptional time management skills

• Ability to complete units of study and attend remote and some face to face training sessions.

• Sound Language, Numeracy and Literacy knowledge

• Hold a current Driver's License

• Ability to communicate effectively with the Collections team referring, doctors, patients and other stakeholders

• Basic Computer skills

• Rights to work in Australia
