Meet Paula Cook – Student Administration & Placement Coordinator
At All Health Training (AHT), our success is driven by the passionate and dedicated team members who work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. One of these incredible people is Paula Cook, who has been with AHT for the past seven years, making a profound impact on both students and staff. Paula has truly become an integral part of the AHT family.
When Paula first joined AHT, she worked two days a week answering phones and providing administrative support. Her dedication and commitment were quickly recognised, leading to her transition into a full-time role. Today, she proudly coordinates placements for our students and oversees the Narre Warren campus, ensuring it remains a welcoming and fully equipped environment for hands-on learning.
One of Paula’s standout achievements is securing a key partnership with Monash Health, a placement provider that has created invaluable learning opportunities for our students. This achievement not only reflects her hard work but also her passion for facilitating student growth.
"I’ve had the privilege of watching our students grow from week 1 to week 22. It’s incredibly rewarding to see their progress in both skills and confidence," Paula shares.
As Placement Coordinator, Paula works hard to match students with placement providers who are as committed to education as AHT is. Her role is vital in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of where they are placed. Additionally, Paula makes sure that the Narre Warren campus is a welcoming space where students can fully engage in their practical learning.
For Paula, it’s not just about coordinating placements—it's about creating equal opportunities for all students, helping them thrive from their first day to the last.
Away from work, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loves crafting and gardening, activities.
When asked what she loves most about working at AHT, Paula doesn’t hesitate: “The sense of family. I love how we all genuinely care about each other, and how we get to witness students grow throughout their journey.”
For those considering joining AHT, Paula offers some simple yet powerful advice: “If the fit is right, great things can happen. We’re all about being student-centric, and supporting our students and each other is at the core of everything we do.”
Paula believes in the power of kindness. Her personal mantra, “A hug will fix it!” is a gentle reminder that compassion and empathy can go a long way—whether in the workplace or in life.
Paula’s story is a true testament to the supportive, family-like culture we’ve built at AHT. Whether she’s helping students find the perfect placement or making sure the campus is running smoothly, Paula’s dedication and care shine through in everything she does.
