Choosing the right Registered Training Organisation (RTO) isn’t just about picking a course.. it’s about choosing the right path to employment. A quality provider gives you more than a certificate. Key Things to Check Before You Enrol
1. Is the provider properly registered?
Always choose an RTO listed on training.gov.au, the national register of training providers. This guarantees your training is recognised across Australia.
📌 International students should also check for CRICOS registration. AHT is not a CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) registered provider. This means we are unable to offer qualification courses that qualify for the Student Visa Subclass 500, which requires enrolment in a CRICOS-registered course.
Note: This does not apply to short courses such as first aid, CPR and more.

2. Will the course lead to a recognised qualification and real job outcomes?
Ask if the course results in an AQF qualification or a Statement of Attainment, and whether it aligns with industry needs. This is essential if you’re aiming for roles in:
